Three homes, considered.
St Olave's Garden is the result of a slow, careful conversation between architecture, craft and place. Three contemporary homes — each architecturally drawn, individually configured, and built without compromise on a quietly ambitious specification.
We believe the homes we build should age well. So we've worked with materials that deepen with time — weathered face brick, composite cladding, natural white render — and detailed each home for the way people actually live: a utility off the kitchen, a study on the first floor, a dressing room beside the master, a balcony that catches the evening light.
The result is a development that doesn't shout. It just settles in, and starts to feel like home.
"Built to reflect a lifestyle, not just a home."Fairway Construction
Built for the way the light falls.
Pitched gables in white render and face brick, with vertical composite cladding for warmth and texture. Floor-to-ceiling glazing captures the long Manx evening light.
Materials chosen to weather honestly. Each home is configured to sit comfortably in the landscape, with elevations balanced for proportion, privacy and natural light throughout the day.

Within minutes you can reach Ramsey town centre, the Mooragh Park and two beaches at the end of the bay. Douglas and the ferry terminal are 30 minutes south; the airport, 40. The TT Mountain Course passes Parliament Square — a short walk away.
